Palmstate Teams Launches Food Drive Following Their Capitol City Expansion

COLUMBIA, SC, Feb. 12, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- After only a few short weeks following PalmState Consulting’s expansion to the Columbia, South Carolina, the team has already launched their first community service project. Andrew Barger, Director of Operations, noted that “simply because the location has changed, doesn’t mean that our values have.” The developing marketing team will donate canned food to the Harvest Hope Food Bank, one of Columbia’s most well-known community outreach programs. One of the primary goals that PalmState aims to achieve in their new market territory is to let the community know that they appreciate the opportunity to conduct business in Columbia and are more than thankful for the welcoming environment that the capitol city has already shown them.

Kylar Martin, who helped launch the Charleston market and is now a key player in the new expansion, spearheaded the food drive as soon as he saw the opportunity to start giving back to his new community. “If we can build a team culture of giving and selflessness in our company, I have no doubt that we will surround ourselves with the right people. The opportunities that we have here are plentiful, but they’re even better when the team around you shares the same values as you do” said Kylar. Kylar has aligned goals to be in a management position by the end of the second quarter of 2018, and is currently building a foundational team to help him get there. Andrew shared with us, “It’s always rewarding to see someone take their future into their own hands. Kylar has come a long way and continues to grow. His promotional opportunities are inevitable.”

PalmState shows no sign of slowing down in Q1 of 2018. They have already tripled their headcount and continue to hire candidates eager to prove their worth is the business development field. Columbia’s market share is slightly larger than that of Charleston, which means there is more work to be done and more promotional opportunities for the most qualified members of the team. With community involvement and more expansion opportunities on the way, the team at PalmState has no plans to slow down! Keep an eye out for their continued development in South Carolina’s capitol and if you’re looking for business development opportunities don’t hesitate to apply!
