On 14 August 2018 AB „GUBERNIJA “ received from its shareholder AB “MV GROUP Production” a report on the implementation of the tender offer.
During the implementation period of the tender offer AB “MV GROUP Production” bought-up 24 463 ordinary registered shares of AB „GUBERNIJA “, with nominal value of EUR 0,19 each (ISIN code LT0000127615 purchased 0 vnt.; ISIN code LT0000114357 purchesed 24 463 vnt.), which represent 0,15 percent of voting rights at the general meeting of shareholders of the company.
