NEW YORK, Aug. 29, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Aviation Week’s MRO Europe (#MROE), the largest gathering of the aviation maintenance community in Europe, is returning to the RAI Amsterdam, October 16-18, and planning some new networking opportunities to engage attendees and showcase to sold-out exhibition floor.

Focused on commercial aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO), the industry’s largest event in Europe features speakers from airlines, OEMs, regulators, suppliers, lessors, and service providers.  Sponsors include CFM, Chromalloy, HEICO, Pratt & Whitney, Satair Group, StandardAero and UTC Aerospace Systems at the Platinum Level.

Attendance at MRO Europe is expected to surpass the 8,000 registered mark, with more than 600 delegates representing airlines. Each year, approximately two-third of attendees serve at the vice president, director or manager level with more than half representing a “buy/approve” influence.  More than 400 service providers will be in attendance.

The conference agenda will feature presentations by top airline and industry experts including:

  • Airline Keynote, “Matching the speed of industry evolution to the pace of customer needs,” by Valter Fernandes, CEO, Portugália Airlines.
