Image Protect Announces Partnerships with Professional Photographers on IPShare™ Network in $50B In-Image Ad Market

SAN CLEMENTE, Calif., Nov. 27, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via OTC PR WIRE -- Image Protect Inc. (OTC:IMTL) (imageprotect.com) (“Image Protect” or the “Company”), a global leader in the end-to-end copyright Infringement sector, is proud to announce that it has begun to On-board with a group of select Professional Photographers, Celebrity Photographers, and Photography Agencies as an initial foundation of content implementation for its growing IPShare™ in-image advertisement marketplace.

Image Protect CEO Lawrence Adams stated, “Initial acceptance has exceeded our expectations. On-boarding the IPShare concept has been rapid among those familiar with the project. As more partners step into the chain, the model will gain traction and benefit from a network effect and potentially accelerate itself. The early stage execution provides us with definitive industry markers, and this is confirming our initial modeling assumptions, which previously announced, could reach 100mm shares in the near term”.

The Company believes that the IPShare model has a number of advantages to both digital image rightsholders and potential advertisers. For this early-stage select group of professional photographers, the benefits are relatively straightforward, including a linked pairing of the concepts of infringement protection and monetization. This is particularly true for the native advertising model, where in-image advertisements are a natural fit.

The company has partnered with high-profile professional photographer Steven Lake (stevenlakephotography.com) to convert his standard JPEG images to the new IPShare image format across his website. As we on-board and load the IPShare App, designers can then use images from the site as needed and at no cost. Yet, Steven Lake retains full rights to the mages in all instances online through the IPShare in-image advertisement marketplace and will continue to receive revenues from instances of sharing and viewing throughout the life of the image online.

The Company is currently consulting with potential advertisement partners and expects further developments in the very near future.

About IPShare
Image Protect finds millions of editorial websites using their client’s photos. As an option to the standard DMCA takedown notice, IPShare™ generates a block of code that allows photos to be copied and pasted into any website – similar to code references on sites that embed Youtube or Vimeo content. It’s as simple as copying and pasting the embed code into the user’s website template, i.e., WordPress, Blogger, SquareSpace, Wix, etc. The image is then instantly transformed into an online billboard, containing in-image advertising, hot links, social sharing and dynamic messaging. This is turning the traditional Copyright Infringement model into a cooperative relationship for both parties.

About Image Protect
Image Protect protects and monetizes creative works. By uniting technology with a team of copyright experts, we ensure that content providers preserve the value of their digital assets. Our web application monitors the global Internet to seek and collect evidence for illegally used visual content. Then our legal partners across North America, Europe, and Asia ensure our clients receive appropriate compensation for work used without valid license.
