TORONTO, Jan. 09, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Seymour Schulich announced today that, through recent open market purchases, he has increased his ownership of Pengrowth Energy Corporation (TSX: PGF) and now owns or controls 160,000,000 shares of Pengrowth’s issued and outstanding common shares.
Mr. Schulich’s ownership interest is principally held through Mr. Schulich’s wholly owned investment company, Nevada Capital Corporation Limited and through The Schulich Foundation where Mr. Schulich is the President and Lead Director.
