From 2007 to 2009, Ms. Decker served as the President of Yahoo! Inc., and from 2000 to 2007, she served as the company's Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Yahoo!, Ms. Decker was with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette for 14 years, where she started as an equity research analyst and rose to become the firm's Global Director of Equity Research. She currently serves on the board of directors of Berkshire Hathaway Inc., Intel Corporation and Costco Wholesale Corporation and is a trustee of Save the Children. Ms. Decker holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Tufts University and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
