ColoHouse Data Center Unveils Vault Networks as Anchor Tenant

ColoHouse Downtown Miami Facility to Announce Vault Networks as Anchor Tenant Due to Increased Industry Demand and Recent Expansion

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - Nov 22, 2011) - ColoHouse, the leading Tier III, SAS 70 Type II certified Miami data center, today announced an agreement with Vault Networks, a Global IT service provider, whereby Vault will double the amount of raised floor space currently retained in ColoHouse's carrier neutral facility.

ColoHouse Chief Operating Officer Felipe Rodriguez states, "We are delighted to confirm that Vault Networks has become our anchor tenant. Their growth and value added services have solidified the ColoHouse-Vault Networks partnership and we look forward to their continued advancement in the Miami market."

The expansion was initiated in response to growing demand for data center services in South Florida and Latin America. Vault Networks will use the additional raised floor space to run a range of IT services including dedicated servers, bandwidth, colocation and upcoming cloud solutions. As part of the expansion, Vault Networks will become the exclusive provider of quarter-rack colocation within the ColoHouse facility.

"Our customer base requires unrivaled uptime with cost-effective pricing. Combining our solutions with the facility's power and cooling infrastructure ensures Vault Networks' ability to provide reliable and robust solutions."

"Having doubled our customer base during 2011, the Vault Networks expansion confirms ColoHouse as the premier facility in Miami, while also ensuring our position as South Florida's fastest growing data center," remarks ColoHouse Chief Executive Officer Paul Bint.
