Complete Discovery Source Ranked Number One eDiscovery Provider by National Law Journal

Second national poll to affirm leadership role for CDS

WASHINGTON, DC, March 25, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Complete Discovery Source has been named the "Best End-to-End eDiscovery Provider" in the National Law Journal 2013 Reader Survey. The National Law Journal received nearly 5,000 votes from legal professionals across the country voting on the best of various legal services. 35 companies appeared in the eDiscovery category.

This is the second time that CDS has been ranked number one in the past year in a national poll. In August of 2012, CDS was named the best ediscovery provider in a national survey of nearly 7,000 attorneys by the New York Law Journal.

Garrett Bendel, Chief Operating Officer, commented, "There are a lot of eDiscovery providers to choose from. We are humbled by each opportunity that our clients give us to prove ourselves ... and we take the trust that they place in us very seriously."

In addition to recent rankings, the past year includes a number of milestones and accolades for CDS. Most notably, the company launched the latest version of Nytrix CIY, its much anticipated, proprietary, cloud-based eDiscovery platform. 2012 also saw the expansion of their Washington DC, San Francisco, and Chicago offices, an increase in technical and account service staff, and major investments in their national infrastructure.

"Our company mantra, Peace of Mind for Serious eDiscovery," explains Paul Kelley, Vice President of Sales, "means that everything we do is about serving the client and making sure that they can focus on their case or investigation. We focus strictly on delivering the best eDiscovery solutions. That's what our clients rely on."
