Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann LLP Installs Relativity In-House

Leading New York-Based Law Firm Chooses Relativity for Its Scalability and Analytics Features

CHICAGO and NEW YORK, Nov. 19, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- kCura, developers of the web-based, e-discovery software Relativity, today announced that Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann (BLB&G) has licensed Relativity.

Relativity allows users to create and automate custom workflows, and to build applications within the software to manage and search all types of case-related data and information. Additionally, BLB&G plans to make use of Relativity's complete set of text analytics capabilities, including email threading.

"Having a tool that has the scalability to handle various case sizes makes our jobs much simpler," said Andrea R. Webster, litigation support manager at BLB&G. "And with text analytics, we can take advantage of features we hadn't been able to use for review in the past — such as email threading, near-duplicate detection, and foreign language identification. Email threading is especially huge for us, as we will be able to review documents more quickly and efficiently, while still ensuring the accuracy of our review."

"We're excited that BLB&G has selected Relativity," said Andrew Sieja, president and CEO of kCura. "We look forward to working with them to help make sure they get the most from Relativity Analytics."
