Matthew Gloss Joins AtHoc as General Counsel

Appointment Scales Company's Global Leadership Team and Expansion Into New Markets


SAN MATEO, Calif., Feb. 11, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AtHoc, Inc., the leader in network-centric interactive crisis communication systems, today announced the appointment of Matthew Gloss as general counsel to oversee the company's rapidly expanding worldwide legal affairs.

Most recently, Gloss served as general counsel for Mellanox Technologies as it grew from a $60 million business to the $400 million public company it is today. Between his prior post at Marvell Semiconductor and Mellanox, he oversaw more than $12 billion in combined market capital growth. Earlier in his career, he served as a Lieutenant for the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps. and worked as a trial attorney and individual defense counselor. Gloss graduated at the top of his DePaul University law school class and received his MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
