On April 10-11, 2014, the Advisory Committee on Federal Rules of Civil Procedure held a two-day meeting on the proposed amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP). This is the meeting at which the Advisory Committee made its final decision on what amendments to recommend for adoption. The Committee's recommended amendments must be reviewed by the Standing Committee, the Judicial Conference of the United States, the Supreme Court, and Congress before becoming final.
