Bank Norwegian has entered into an agreement with PRA Group to transfer a portfolio of non-performing loans. The portfolio has a book value of MNOK 174 and the transaction has an earnings impact of MNOK -3.7.
The transaction will yield running cost savings and eliminates uncertainty regarding the recovery of outstanding claims.
