  • An average of more than 3.21 references responding per candidate in 1.35 days
  • Nearly three-quarters of references respond in 1 day or less

After completing a survey, references are also asked if they want to opt-in to Frontline Source Group's passive candidate database. So far, over 280 references have opted-in, providing them with a new source of warm leads for future openings. Additionally, most of the references that opt-in are from the same industry and/or job family as the candidate.

Frontline Source Group has completely integrated Pre-Hire 360 into their hiring process and leverages the feedback provided by references during interviews.
