GRAND CAYMAN, Cayman Islands and CHARLESTON, S.C., June 08, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Advantage Insurance Management (USA) LLC, a subsidiary of Advantage Insurance Holdings Ltd. ("Advantage"), announced today the appointment of Leslie C. Boughner as Chairman of Advantage’s Business Insurance division. Mr. Boughner will focus on developing Advantage’s captive insurance and related businesses globally, including its direct underwriting activity at Lloyd’s reinsured by Advantage Property & Casualty Company SPC.
Before joining Advantage, Mr. Boughner was most recently Deputy CEO of Willis’ global captive insurance practice. At Willis, Mr. Boughner was responsible for captive insurance management in North America and self-insurance consulting services worldwide. He is a past Chairman of the Captive Insurance Companies Association and the Self Insurance Institute of America and is a recognized expert in the fields of alternative risk transfer and captive insurance strategies.
