CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - June 24, 2015) - Tanager Energy Inc., (TSX VENTURE:TAN) (the "Corporation") advises the following matters were voted upon at the Annual General and Special Meeting of the shareholders (the "Shareholders") of Tanager Energy Inc. held on June 23, 2015 in Calgary, Alberta. 1. ELECTION OF DIRECTORS

By resolution passed by ballot votes, the following four nominees proposed by management were elected directors of Tanager Energy Inc. to hold office until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are elected or appointed:

By Resolution passed by ballot vote, the 2014 Stock Option Plan was approved.
