Those results, as certified by Okapi Partners, confirm the re-election of both Mr. John E. Earhart and Ms. Marjorie E. Nesbitt, to three-year terms on the Keweenaw Board of Directors. Anderson, Tackman & Company were confirmed as auditors for 2016. No other proposals were brought before the shareholders for consideration. In this year’s voting, over 86% of outstanding shares were represented.
