Zero Wait-State Announces Strategic New Hires to Enhance the Success of its Product Lifecycle Management Practice

AUSTIN, Texas, Aug. 31, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Zero Wait-State, an industry-leading product lifecycle management (PLM) software and services provider, has today announced numerous strategic new hires and resources to support and augment the success of its competitive PLM practice.

In 2010, in response to changing market demands and customer needs, Zero Wait-State shifted its attention to focus exclusively on PLM and its three core areas of expertise: Implementation, Integration, and Data Migration. Since then, the company has focused its efforts on building a unique organization, offering PLM software solutions and execution capabilities that are not available anywhere else.

“Our strategy of hiring resources with deep industry experience has allowed our customers to reap benefits from PLM that are not always available from traditional IT companies,” said Stephen Porter, CEO of Zero Wait-State. “This team represents a major investment in ensuring our clients receive unmatched service, and we will continue to find the most talented employees to help our customers grow and be as successful as possible.”

Dries Dhooghe Joins as Vice President of Products and Services

To help further develop the PLM practice, Zero Wait-State has hired industry veteran Dries Dhooghe as Vice President of Products and Services. Dries has been a development partner for Zero Wait-State on its LoadState compliance solution and will play a key role in building its robust compliance practice, working with current and future customers to ensure their products adhere to the complex and ever-changing environmental regulations. Dries brings a wealth of experience in product development, formerly working at Oracle as the Product Manager for AgilePLM’s Product Governance and Compliance Module. He earned his Master’s degree in Maritime Engineering and an MBA in Industrial Management from the Vlerick Business School. His full bio can be found here.

Major Investments in Sales and Marketing

In addition, Zero Wait-State has transformed its sales and marketing model by not only making it a major priority within the company, but by adding strong technical sales resources to cover all of the US. These resources have both engineering and business backgrounds to ensure clients’ needs are met from a technical perspective but also to help solve real business problems. The company has also invested in a more seasoned marketing team that enables the company to provide more timely and relevant information to clients and prospects. Recent strategic hires include:

  • Brian Logeman, formerly of AMD, Oracle and Agile, has joined as the new Chief Revenue Officer and Vice President of Sales, and is working with West Coast clients to help identify opportunities where their respective companies can leverage technology to improve product development flow and reduce cost and time-to-market. Brian earned his Mechanical Engineering degree from Stanford and an MBA from Duke. His full bio can be found here.
  • Ken Madsen has joined as Central and East Territory Manager and previously worked for Emerson, Arena, and Unigraphics. Ken brings a strong grasp of business best practices along with a thorough understanding of PLM technology and its ability to improve company productivity. He earned his Civil Engineering degree from Rice University and an MBA from Kellogg at Northwestern. His full bio can be found here.
  • Diane Bochese has joined as Sales Solutions Specialist, covering customers coast-to-coast. Prior to joining the team, Diane worked for TriStar, a PTC reseller; she has almost 7 years in the manufacturing industry, including quality assurance and international sales departments. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Computer Information Systems from Missouri State University. Her full bio can be found here.
  • Amy Fenwick has joined the team as the new Director of Marketing. Hailing from prestigious advertising agencies like GSD&M and Young and Rubicam, Amy has spent 20 years in technology marketing, including a significant number of years at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD). She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M, double majoring in Marketing and Management. Her full bio can be found here.

Zero Wait-State’s success has been attributed to its deep expertise in PLM and the ability to solve real business problems rather than just selling technology. This extends not only to its technical subject matter experts, but also to the new expanded team. Every team member working with customers has an engineering background and experience in the product development process.
