John Demerjian and Robert Brevelle join TriaSys Technologies Board of Directors

TriaSys Technologies, a leading provider of innovative signal processing solutions, has announced the appointment of two new members to its Board of Directors.  Joining the Board of Directors are John Demerjian and Robert Brevelle.

John Demerjian
John has over 25 years experience in the microelectronics and chemical industry, and more than 30 years of experience in operations management.  He is experienced in the development of computer based management tools and has implemented a variety of management systems in various companies. Throughout his career, John has held management positions in manufacturing, product development, quality control, documentation control, facilities and finance. John holds a BSBA in Information Technology and an MBA from Northeastern University.

He has developed and implemented a number of computer based systems for specialty chemical clients, pharmaceutical companies and academic institutions which range from project management tools to an Excel based program for hazard classification analysis of chemical inventories.

John is a Partner and co-founder of Advanced Technology Solutions, LLC, a consulting firm that specializes in Environmental Health & Safety, Operations Management and Engineering.

While working at ComHouse Wireless he held the position of Director of Operations and Finance and was instrumental in the successful acquisition of ComHouse Wireless to L3 Communications. Mr. Demerjian stayed on with L3 Communications as the Director of Operations to facilitate the smooth transition from a startup to a multi-billion dollar government contractor.

Robert Brevelle
Robert has over 15 years of experience in signal processing and the aerospace and defense industry.  He has over 20 years of experience in building and leading technology-driven companies and M&A.  Robert’s experience includes C-level and executive positions at various public and private companies.  Previously, Robert was President and Executive Director of the Board of e2v Inc, a leading global provider of RF power, imaging, and semiconductor solutions. Prior to e2v, Robert held a variety of P&L and business development positions at Rockwell Collins, L-3 Communications, Raytheon, and DRS-Leonardo.

Robert is a currently a member of several investment groups and funds, and he serves as an Entrepreneur in Residence for multiple venture capital and private equity firms.  In addition to his Board of Directors experience at e2v, Robert serves as a board member or corporate advisor for several technology companies.

Robert holds a BS (high honors) and MS in Computer Science and Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.  Robert is a credentialed Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute, and he is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.

Robert is a life member of several organizations to include the Association of Old Crows, Association of the US Army, National Guard Association of the US, and Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association. He is also a member of the Project Management Institute and the Air Force Big Safari Association.  Robert is a Founding Sponsor of the National Museum of the US Army, and he is the President of the Dallas Chapter of the Association of Old Crows.
