COLORADO SPRINGS and LOVELAND, Colo., Oct. 08, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- In an effort to provide enhanced services to real estate brokers throughout Colorado, Pikes Peak Realtor Services Corp. (RSC) and IRES MLS (IRES) today announced they are exploring additional collaborative initiatives.
The two organizations have a combined customer base of more than 10,000 real estate professionals. RSC serves the Colorado Springs region and IRES operates in northern Colorado.
RSC and IRES expressed the desire to continue the collaborative work, which began last year when the two organizations jointly implemented a cooperation and compensation agreement with RPR View, allowing customers of either MLS to view detailed property inventory and work together. Additionally, RSC and IRES are signing a SentriLock Reciprocal Agreement to make it easier for brokers who utilize the electronic lockbox service to show properties in both market areas.
“The Sentrilock agreement is a simple implementation that will streamline the process for our customers,” said RSC CEO Amy Reid. IRES CEO Lauren Hansen added, “Amy and I are pleased to offer a ‘quick win’ for brokers that allows them to better service their customers.”
RSC and IRES are committed to exploring further initiatives in the coming months, including single point of entry with a goal of allowing brokers to enter a listing in either system and populate data wherever they desire it to appear. While specific solutions and a timeline have not yet been determined, the companies will explore a variety of possible solutions.
