Proactis SA announces financial information for the 6 months ending 31 January 2019
Paris – 30 April 2019 – Proactis SA (Euronext: PROAC), a leading provider of comprehensive spend management and business process collaboration solutions, today announced financial information for the 6 months ending 31 January 2019, in accordance with the “European Transparency Obligations Directive” financial disclosure requirements.

Presentation is done for the 6 months from 1 August to 31 January reflecting the year end change to 31 July following the acquisition of the Proactis SA Group (Formerly Hubwoo SA Group) by the Proactis Group.
Accounts for the 6 months to 31 January 2019 have been reviewed by auditors and were approved by the Proactis SA Board of Directors on 26 April 2019.
Revenue in the 6 months to 31 January 2019 was €7.6m, 12% lower than the period to 31 January 2018. As previously communicated in February, this is principally due to the non-renewal of contracts incorporating third party software.
The reduction in EBITDA (*) from €2.6m in the 6 months to 31 January 2018 to €1.8m in the 6 months to 31 January 2019 reflects the reduction in revenue as noted above.
The EBIT (**) reduction from €2.0m in 2018 to €0.3m in 2019 has also been negatively impacted by an increase to the bad debt provision charge in the period.
At 31 January 2019 the cash position was of €1.4m which is €3.0m lower than position recorded on 31 July 2018.
