(Nasdaq: TPTX), a precision oncology company developing next-generation therapies that target genetic drivers of cancer, today announced that the underwriters of its previously announced underwritten public offering of its common stock have exercised in full their option to purchase 812,500 additional shares of common stock at the public offering price of $60.00 per share. The initial sale of 5,416,667 shares of common stock was completed on May 21, 2020 and the sale of the additional 812,500 shares is expected to close on or about May 28, 2020, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions. The total gross proceeds to Turning Point from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by Turning Point, are expected to be approximately $373.8 million.
