Quelsys and ASEE's Learnon.org Partner to Link eLearning with Engineering and IT Distance Learning Programs


NORWALK, Conn., March 14, 2001 (PRIMEZONE) -- Quelsys, a market leader in B2B e-learning, today announced a partnership with The American Society for Engineering Education's continuing education initiative Learnon.org.

Learnon.org is the nation's online resource for continuing engineering education and distance learning, offering a free searchable database of more than 4,500 courses, articles and news items in the ever-changing fields of engineering and technology. Courses are provided by 73 national universities and professional societies and will soon include international university and organization offerings.

Quelsys' SocratEase 3.0, will be available for Engineering and IT professionals as well as university educators to develop, implement and manage their own online courses or supplement existing classroom courses. The hosted solution is suitable for e-learning projects of all sizes, from enterprise-wide, Web-based universities to project-specific training.
