COPENHAGEN, Denmark, June 14, 2001 (PRIMEZONE) -- TDC agreed to divest its terrestrial broadcast platform to Danmark's Radio and TV2.
The terrestrial broadcast network is primarily used for distribution of TV and radio signals in Denmark for Danmark's Radio and TV2. TDC considers the terrestrial broadcast platform a non-core asset and the divestment is a natural consequence of TDC's restructuring towards focus and growth.
