OSLO, Norway, June 20, 2001 (PRIMEZONE) -- The underwriting syndicate led by DnB Markets, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and UBS Warburg, has lifted the conditions for the completion of the share issue, the subscription amount has been paid in full, and the share capital increase has been registered at the Register of Business Enterprises. The new share capital is NOK 5,473,964,000 comprising 2,189,585,600 shares each with a par value of NOK 2.50.
