FAIRFAX, Va., Sept. 10, 2001 (PRIMEZONE) -- Hercules Communications Company, LLC filed a lawsuit in the Circuit Court of Fairfax County (Virginia) against ITXC Corp. (Nasdaq:ITXC) on Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2001. The complaint alleges Breach of Contract, Breach of Implied in Fact Contract, Promissory Estoppel, Intentional Misrepresentation or Fraud, Fraud by Omission or Concealment, and Unjust Enrichment. Hercules is seeking $130 million in compensatory damages.
