Former IPO.com Analyst Joins Corporate Communications Corp.

SYOSSET, N.Y., Sept. 21, 2001 (PRIMEZONE) -- Corporate Communications Corp., publisher of Stock Traders Press (www.stocktraderspress.com), and a cutting-edge independent provider of stock market research, is proud to announce the hiring of Jeffrey Hirschkorn, a widely respected and well-known authority in the IPO market, to the position of Senior Analyst.

Hirschkorn will be responsible for all business development initiatives, including the rapid build-out of our in-house editorial operation. As an integral part of the Corporate Communications team, Jeffrey will create a truly unique marketplace where subscribers may have the opportunity of investing in new issues through some of Hirschkorn's relationships with Wall Street brokerage houses.

"We are extremely excited to have Mr. Hirschkorn join our rapidly growing operation," said Christopher Castaldo, the firm's president. "Jeffrey is considered one of the most prominent analysts on Wall Street following the IPO market. We look forward to incorporating his expertise as Corporate Communications Corp. continues to become the ultimate source of research and guidance for the active individual investor."

Prior to joining the company, Jeffrey completed tenure at IPOSyndicate.com, a New York-based ASP that followed the new issue market. Over at the firm, he coordinated all editorial and media relation facets of the business. Through his diverse network of investment-banking relationships, Hirschkorn was able to steer clients of Mercer Partners, the former parent of IPOSyndicate.com, into some of the first quarter's elite IPO and follow-on offerings.

Jeffrey gained notice while he was Senior Market Analyst at IPO.com, a financial-services firm that operates in the IPO arena. At IPO.com, he was chiefly responsible for the rapid editorial ascent and massive public relations drive. He became a go-to source by media outlets that include Bloomberg, CNBC, CNN, CNNfn and Fox News for commentary on the IPO field.

While heading up both IPO entities, his work was praised by many involved on Wall Street. One such instance was the accolades received from the "Best of the Web" series from Forbes Magazine for having the most insightful and invigorating sites on new issues.

Hirschkorn began his quest as a journalist with The IPO Reporter, a Thomson Financial newsletter that chronicles the inner circle of the new issue market after a five-year tenure as researcher with Barron's, a Dow Jones flagship publication. In addition, Hirschkorn also serves as an analytical consultant for IPO Monitor, the nation's leading site on initial public offerings.
