The Supreme Court finds for DEF 1994 A/S

The Supreme Court judgment in the two lead cases marks the conclusion of a long drawnout case deal-ing with a basic principle of law.

The judgment recognises that DEF 1994 A/S has acted with integrity in a totally unexpected and incalculable case. All roof owners who have made a justified complaint have received compensation. Besides, as an act of goodwill several roof owners have been offered a settlement that entails a 50 per cent discount on roofing sheets when purchasing a new roof.

On the basis of the Supreme Court judgment it has been decided to inform the Bankruptcy Court that DEF 1994 A/S withdraws from its suspension of payments.

The Supreme Court judgment has no impact on FLS Industries A/S' previously announced earnings forecast for the year.
