LUND, Sweden, Feb. 7, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Precise Biometrics has signed a distribution agreement with Securitas AS in Norway, a subsidiary of Securitas, a world leader in security. Securitas AS has also placed a small initial order for Precise BioAccess(tm), Precise Biometrics' fingerprint reader for physical access control systems.
The agreement signifies that Securitas AS will offer its current and future customers Precise Biometrics' products for physical access control systems, together with its own security products. A small initial order for Precise BioAccess, Precise Biometrics' fingerprint reader for physical access control systems, has already been placed for a customer in the financial sector in Oslo.
