Northrop Grumman to Hold Investor Conference Feb. 14


LOS ANGELES, Feb. 7, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) will hold an Institutional Investor Conference in New York City Thursday, Feb. 14, from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. EST.

Presentations will be made by Kent Kresa, Northrop Grumman's chairman and chief executive officer; Ronald D. Sugar, president and chief operating officer; Richard B. Waugh, Jr., chief financial officer; and presidents of the company's six operating sectors.

This daylong conference will be webcast with a live audio broadcast available on the Investor Relations page of Northrop Grumman's Web site at www.northropgrumman.com. The audio recording will be available for one week following the conference.
