Industrivarden Appoints New Head of New Investments


STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Feb. 18, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Bengt Kjell has been named Executive Vice President of AB Industrivarden, in charge of new investment activities.

Bengt Kjell (born 1954) is currently a business-development and management consultant at Navet Affarsutveckling AB, in which he is a part-owner. He is also a director on the boards of several Swedish corporations, serving as Chairman on two of these: Pandox AB and Kungsleden AB.

Kjell will begin serving in his new position with Industrivarden in connection with the Annual General Meeting on April 17, 2002, at the latest.
