STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Feb. 18, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- The current CFO-function within If is split. Ricard Wennerklint, currently head of Business Controll in BA Commercial, is appointed chief financial officer. Nils Henriksson is chief investment officer, as announced on January 9, 2002. Both officers will report to Torbjorn Magnusson, CEO and President.
As a consequence of these changes, Tom Rathke is leaving his position as chief financial officer. Tom Rathke will during a transition period work on the development of business area Marine & Energy and the integration of the Finnish Marine business.
Ricard Wennerklint will be responsible for business and financial controlling and group accounting. Nils Henriksson will be responsible for investments, corporate finance and IR.
