Neoware and NCD Schedule Conference Call to Discuss Companies' Alliance and Neoware's Acquisition of NCD's ThinSTAR Product Line

(OTCBB:NCDI) today announced that they have entered into a Definitive Agreement under which Neoware will purchase NCD's ThinSTAR thin client appliance product line and the two companies have entered into an alliance to grow the worldwide thin client appliance market.

In connection with this release, management of Neoware and NCD will host a conference call 11:30 AM USA Eastern time on Friday, March 22, 2002.
