ISS Receives Credit Rating


COPENHAGEN, Denmark, April 9, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- ISS has today received a long-term credit rating of BBB+ with Stable Out-look from Standard & Poor's. The rating strengthens ISS' ability to access the international debt capital markets in an effective manner.
