The agreement calls for CYNET to be the exclusive provider of fax and certain eMessaging products and services for VoiceCast, and VoiceCast to be the exclusive provider of voice broadcast products and services for CYNET. The two companies will leverage each other's strengths by integrating the products and services into their individual offerings.
