BROMMA, Sweden, April 24, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Press release from the Annual General Meeting of Dimension AB (Publ) on April 22, 2002

-- The Annual General Meeting decided, in accordance with the Board of Directors' proposal, that no dividend will be paid for the fiscal year 2001.

-- The Annual General Meeting determined that the Board of Directors will receive fees of SEK 450,000, to be distributed in accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors. It also determined that auditors' fees will be paid as invoiced.

-- The Annual General Meeting reelected Board members Bjorn Boldt- Christmas, Lars Idermark, Ulf Ivarsson and Leif Svensson as well as deputies Irene Axelsson and Bjorn Pettersson. The Annual General Meeting also elected Ann-Mari Nilsson as a new Board member. Former Board member Johan de Verdier declined reelection prior to the Annual General Meeting.

-- The Annual General Meeting authorized the Board of Directors to issue not more than 3,000,000 new shares in accordance with the Board of Directors' proposal.

-- The Board of Directors withdrew its proposed incentive program prior to the Annual General Meeting, due to which no decision was made. The program, which was intended for all employees, had the support of the principal shareholders. The Board of Directors' reason for withdrawing the proposal was the risk that personnel would not regard the program as an incentive in light of the continued uncertainty in the market in which Dimension is active.

-- Bjorn Boldt-Christmas was reelected Chairman of Dimension AB at the statutory Board meeting in connection with the Annual General Meeting.
