TORONTO, April 25 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Telum International Corp of Toronto, Ontario, Canada announced today a joint venture with Mulligan Agencies Ltd of Toronto, Canada. Telum also announces Hostess Frito-Lay as a new customer and user of Mediapage Technology. Hostess Frito Lay will use Mediapage to enhance communications within its Canadian operations division.
Telum International and Mulligan Agencies Ltd will form Telum Sales Corporation Ltd with Joe Compta, President of Mulligan Agencies overseeing all sales and account management operations for Mediapage Technology. Both Telum and Mulligan Agencies will retain ownership in Telum Sales Corporation Ltd. Mulligan Agencies has been in operation for over thirty-two years and currently serves a wide range of customers including Wal-Mart, Rubbermaid, Zellers and Canadian Tire.
