STOCKHOLM, Sweden, May 22, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- SAS IT-company Scandinavian IT Group and Swedish Voice Provider have signed an agreement to develop ATG's first speech recognition service for program- and result information. ATG has invested in speech recognition as a strong and cost effective complement to theirs existing channels. The deal strengthens Voice Provider and Scandinavian IT Group's market leading position in Scandinavia.

Voice Provider and Scandinavian IT Group's joint ASP solution is built on partnership with Nuance, a world-leading supplier of speech recognition and partnership with Scansoft, a world-leading supplier of text-to-speech products. By an overall undertaking with design, development and maintenance, we can offer our customer speech recognition solutions without the need to invest in platforms or technology. The ASP-solution also offers the possibility to rent differentiated capacity on different time periods for example 24-hours period or calendar year.
