TORONTO, June 11, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Telesis (TSX Venture:TNC) (OTCBB:TNCVF), a developer and marketer of data acceleration software, today announced the signing of a new distributor, Datatronics S.A., a leading Spanish integrator, developer, and consultancy to the wireless and enterprise markets.

Datatronics, founded in 1996 and based in Madrid with a regional affiliate in Switzerland, specializes in working with mobile operators to create, integrate, and support complete systems for mobile messaging, fleet management/GIS systems, and wireless Internet access (www.datatronics.es).

Datatronics will offer all Telesis products, including the recently announced OVERDRIVE Web Accelerator(tm), that help mobile operators improve the performance of their existing infrastructure, providing faster network access for individual and corporate customers.
