PartnerTech: Mikael Jonson has Renewed His Call Options Agreement with Skanditek Industriforvaltning AB


STOCKHOLM, Sweden, July 2, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Mikael Jonson, CEO and board member of PartnerTech AB (publ), has bought call options, that will enable him to, at the latest 29 December 2005, subscribe for 150 000 shares in PartnerTech AB (publ).

If the call option is fully exercised, Mikael Jonson will own 154 000 shares in PartnerTech AB (publ), which correspond to approx. 1,3 percent of the votes and capital, calculated on the present number of shares, whereas outstanding options in PartnerTech AB (publ) are excluded. The call option is issued by Skanditek Industriforvaltning AB (publ), principal owner of PartnerTech AB (publ), owning 39,9 percent of the votes and capital in PartnerTech AB (publ).

On 9 December 1999, Mikael Jonson and Skanditek Industriforvaltning AB (publ) made an option agreement, where Mikael Jonson received the right to acquire 150 000 shares in PartnerTech AB (publ). The parties have agreed upon that this option agreement will immediately cease to be valid and shall be replaced by the newly entered agreement.

PartnerTech AB develops and manufactures electronics products under contract for leading growth companies, primarily in the telecom infrastructure, IT/mechatronics, and medical technology segments. With some 1,150 employees, the company is quoted on the O list of the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
