Current Management for Skanska's Polish Operations Made Permanent


STOCKHOLM, Sweden, July 26, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Skanska was earlier informed that the present management in Poland was temporary.

Skanska has now reached an agreement with Jan-Gunnar Glave, until now acting President for Skanska in Poland, to the effect that Jan-Gunnar Glave stays as permanent President.

"We are extremely pleased that Jan-Gunnar Glave has decided to remain as President of Skanska in Poland. He has initiated and been highly successful with the restructuring process.
