Neoware's ezRemote Manager software enables customers using the latest operating systems, or migrating to Neoware software on other vendors' hardware, to manage their networks with one simple and powerful tool.

Neoware's ezRemote Manager software seamlessly integrates the administration of all Neoware thin client appliances, including the Eon Preferred Series, Eon Professional Series, Eon Proven Series, and the Capio family of products. In addition, ezRemote Manager release 2.4 will provide for management of IBM NetVista devices and NCD ThinSTAR products when they are upgraded with Neoware software. Neoware's ezRemote Manager is extremely easy to install and easy to use through its Windows Explorer type interface. Using ezRemote Manager, systems administrators can manage Neoware powered appliances and perform asset management, easily discovering Neoware appliances anywhere on their network with a simple click of a button from a central location. Asset management information provided by ezRemote Manager includes: MAC address, device network name, serial number, flash and memory size, operating system, release level of operating system, and network characteristics. Additionally, ezRemote Manager allows for user definable groups, for example, departments, users, and locations so that detailed queries or reports can be created.
