GOTHENBURG, Sweden, Sept. 2, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Bure has increased its ownership in Xdin to 59 per cent of votes and 57 per cent of capital through a new share issue. As a result, Bure's total investment in the company amounts to SEK 61M. The other owners are mainly Xdin's founders.
Xdin is a hub company within Bure's investment area IT Solutions & Services. The company reported sales of SEK 93M for the first six months of 2002 and operating profit before goodwill amortisation and items affecting comparability of SEK 2M.
The new share issue is aimed at strengthening the company's financial position for further expansion.
