HAMILTON, Bermuda, Sept. 20, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Vice-Chairman in Frontline Ltd. (NYSE:FRO), Tor Olav Troeim, has, as of September 19, acquired a forward contract with an obligation to buy 22,000 shares in Frontline. The forward contract becomes effective as of April 16, 2003 at a price of NOK 36.40 per share.
Through the transaction, Troeim increases his total holding in Frontline to 136,934 shares.
