Partnership Agreement Signed with Standard Radio Montreal Inc. to Market 'The 50 Plus Network'

MONTREAL, Sept. 19, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Interactive Classified Corporation, a provider of telephony and Web-based applications and a target acquisition company of Isee3d Inc.'s (TSX Venture Exchange: YEY) pending reverse takeover (RTO) transaction, announced today that it has entered into a revenue-sharing strategic partnership agreement with Standard Radio Montreal Inc. to market its "The 50 Plus Network." The broadcast company will initially market the telephone and online service through its English radio station CJAD 800 in Montreal, Quebec.

The first of its kind in Canada, The 50 Plus Network, is a community developed for individuals over the age of 50 to meet others in the same age category that share similar interests for friendship, relationships, or to plan social gatherings. The service will be accessible 24/7 online at www.the50plusnetwork.com, as well as through an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system to people within the greater Montreal area. Both services will be advertised on CJAD on a daily basis to aggressively promote them to the radio station's 300,000 listeners. In addition, having a permanent presence and link on CJAD 800's Website will reach an additional online community of 25,000 unique visitors per month.

"Interactive Classified's partnership with one of the most reputable radio broadcast companies contributes to Isee3d's post RTO strategy to partner with major media outlets in the proliferation of its applications to create highly recognizable brands. We expect the relationship with Standard Radio Inc. to broaden Interactive Classified's reach generating increased membership and usage leading to greater revenues for the post RTO entity," said Chris Kape, V.P., Business Development of Isee3d Inc.

"Standard Radio Inc. is pleased with the opportunity to partner with Interactive Classified and offer CJAD's listeners a service that helps them meet new people and make friends with the same interests in a safe environment, reinforcing our commitment to the community," explained Rob Braide, V.P., Standard Radio Montreal.

CJAD is expected to begin promoting "The 50 Plus Network" on October, 2002, at which time the service will be free for two (2) weeks to all users. Following the free trial period, the monthly subscription fee for the online service will be $9.99 per month, and $19.99 unlimited monthly fee for the telephone-based service.
