AdZone Research Expands Operations, Relocating Corporate Headquarters to Former Northrop Grumman Facility in Calverton, New York

RIVERHEAD, N.Y., Sept. 26, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- AdZone Research, Inc. (OTCBB:ADZR), a pioneering Internet surveillance technology solutions provider, today announced that on October 1, 2002, its corporate offices will be relocated to larger quarters in nearby Calverton, New York. The company will occupy a more than 2,000 square foot section of a 75,000 square foot facility that formerly housed major defense contractor Northrop Grumman Corporation. The secured facility was formerly used for top secret defense research and development, was part of the United States Navy's Naval Defense Technology Center, and was formerly owned by the Navy.

"We're very pleased and privileged to be able to expand our operations by moving to this location," said AdZone's Chairman & CEO, Charles A. Cardona III. "This is a place rich in the history of our nation's defense, where Northrop Grumman developed and launched F-16 Tomcats and other fighter aircraft that have helped to maintain security and freedom around the world for the United States and its allies.

"Today, in a very real sense, we are carrying on that mission by expanding our Global Defense Group, with its focus on identifying potential Internet-related threats not only to our Homeland Security but the world's as well." Moreover, the CEO said, the company is committed to developing other analytical threat assessment tools beyond those already in use in its Internet surveillance arsenal, working in concert with members of its highly experienced advisory board.

In addition to its marketing efforts with defense contractors such as Raytheon, AdZone also is moving forward aggressively with the introduction of its Internet surveillance technology, focused on security and national defense, to key policy makers at state and federal levels.

Through monitoring of more than 500,000 Web sites worldwide, AdZone provides tracking and monitoring of targeted information on the Internet, with an expanded focus on global Internet analysis of security-related data transmissions.
