Q-Net Technologies, Inc. Completes Modular Software Solution Package for Small and Medium Sized Businesses; Initial Sales in Beijing

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 26, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Q-Net Technologies, Inc. ("the company") (OTCBB:QNTI) (Frankfurt:QNO), through its wholly owned subsidiary, Beijing Qinnet Technologies, Co., Ltd. (Beijing Qinnet), is pleased to announce the completion of its Q-Net Web Solutions modular software package, targeting the small and medium sized business market in China.

Q-Net Web Solutions ("QWS") has designed a proprietary modular software package allowing the estimated 8.6 million companies in the small to medium sized business category, to create and maintain a professional web presence without the expense of in-house technical staff. The QWS software suite is designed in modules, allowing each customer to choose the desired function or functions from one or more modules to implement its website on a functional requirement basis. Each module of the package can work independently or can be linked to other modules to work together. The customer may choose one or two modules initially, and subsequently expand its website at any time by adding additional modules. Accordingly, users may spend as little as $100 U.S. to install an entry-level module to establish a web presence and as much as $1,000 U.S. for companies seeking a more sophisticated consulting services and website presence. QWS has been created as a "One Stop Web Solution Shop." Currently it is estimated that there is less than 5% of small to medium sized companies in China with a web presence.

"Common barriers to having a web presence in China are the cost, time and quality of having a website built. We believe the inexpensive 'One Stop Web Solution Shop' approach encourages confidence, cost and convenience for customers, and we also believe that it provides an affordable and effective solution to these barriers. As China continues its move towards globalization of markets and business, the many millions of small and medium sized companies seeking such services as the QWS 'One Stop Web Solution Shop' approach is only expected to grow. And now that China is part of the World Trade Organization an efficient and effective website takes on a more important role for these businesses. This web presence provides access to the International market place that was previously not readily available to this business segment primarily because of cost," said Mr. Weiguo Lang, Chairman and CEO of Q-Net Technologies Inc.

The QWS modular software package is a proprietary software technology owned by the company. It is being distributed and sold throughout China under the Qinnet brand name. Initial sales have begun in several cities in China. The company is currently increasing its marketing and sales team.

Q-Net Technologies, Inc. is a California-based publicly traded holding company with a focus on the introduction of consumer technology and value added Internet services into the Chinese markets.
