STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Sept. 27, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- UpGrade Communication, a subsidiary of DORO (Stockholm:DOROa) (Berlin:DORO) in Lund, listed on Stockholmborsen's O-list, has signed an agreement with Colubris Networks Inc. of Canada, producers of routers that focus specifically on security for all types of public and private wireless networks, to distribute their products in the Nordic and Baltic regions.

Colubris Networks' product range consists of a number of routers that ensure the user can securely use wireless LAN and internet connections. VPN is a function that has a prominent place in all products, to protect data traffic from unauthorised access. These products complement UpGrade's other ranges and give the company the opportunity of entering new markets.
There is significant potential for controlling net access behind a Colubris router, including that the user connecting to the wireless network cannot reach other users without passing through the router's software. By allowing the user to run VPN instead of WEP encrypting, the network's security considerably increases.
