Santa Barbara County, CA Superior Court Chooses Frank Solutions to Implement Voice Response and Web Response Solution


ENGLEWOOD, Colo., Oct. 1, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Frank Solutions, Inc. (FSI) today announced that it has been selected by Santa Barbara County, CA to provide a complete Communications Platform for the Superior Court. The FSI Telepath(tm) solution will provide Interactive Voice Response (IVR), speech recognition software from SpeechWorks International, Inc. (Nasdaq:SPWX), Telephony from Artisoft, Inc. (Nasdaq:ASFT), and Interactive Web Response (IWR) for Santa Barbara County.

TelePath(tm) will be implemented to provide 24 hour-a-day access to the Case Management database on an automated basis. This will include the Trial Information, Verdict Information and Traffic Citation Information. In addition, TelePath(tm) will include a complete Ecommerce solution to enable citizens to pay for outstanding fines using a credit card via the automated Telephone and Internet system. TelePath(tm) will be seamlessly integrated with Santa Barbara County's existing Case Management Software to provide the data retrieval and data entry. TelePath(tm) will enable users to access the information from any telephone as well as from the Internet.
