STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Oct. 4, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Sigma SystemPartner has entered into an agreement for the sale to Proserva of Sigma SystemPartner's operations in the area of PC-related consulting services in Sweden's Smaland and Blekinge counties. The partnership will give the two companies a strong joint position in the region.

The agreement covers the sale of Sigma SystemPartner's operations in PC-related consulting services in Smaland and Blekinge and will enable the companies to collaborate in each other's specialist areas. The companies will jointly offer a comprehensive portfolio of specialized services and products in the area of backup, storage and Unix solutions. Sigma SystemPartner has signed a similar agreement with AddPro, based in the Skane region of southern Sweden.
