Del Mar Database Expands Direct National Sales Team to Leverage Growing Demand for Mortgage Banking Software Solutions


CHICAGO, Oct. 21, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Del Mar Database (DMD), a leading provider of mortgage banking software solutions for small to mid-size lending institutions, has expanded its national sales team with the appointments of Sue Sroka as the new Midwest regional sales manager and Maxwell Pennock as the new Northeast regional sales manager.

Sue Sroka brings 20 years of sales, business development and management expertise in the mortgage lending and technology industries to DMD. Most recently, Sue was sales manager and a record revenue producer for The Riverbend Group/DBAjobs.com, an executive search firm specializing in IT professionals. Previously, she served as national mortgage sales director for ARGO Data Resource Corporation, where she spearheaded the establishment of its U.S. mortgage software sales and service division. Earlier, Sue was sales executive and a lead mortgage lending software sales producer for INTERLINQ Software Corporation. She began her management career with Citicorp Mortgage Inc. Sue holds a BS degree from Arizona State University. Actively involved in the mortgage lending industry, Sue was President of the Greater St. Louis Association of Professional Mortgage Women (APMW) during 1993-1997 and a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America. She is currently a member of the Greater Kansas City APMW and St. Louis APMW organizations.

Max Pennock is also an accomplished sales and business development executive with a 16-year track record of successes in lending technology sales and consulting. Prior to joining DMD, Max served as director of sales and marketing for Delphi Information Science Corporation, a finance software developer, where he led national sales and software migration initiatives that resulted in national recognition. Earlier in his career, Max was a financial systems and telemarketing consultant specializing in finance technology. He holds a BA degree from California Polytechnic State University and is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America and the Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association.
